Tommy
Tommy is a four year old apricot colored Shih Tzu/Poodle mix who weighs 12lbs.. He does not shed and is hypoallergenic. He was afraid at the shelter, so the staff asked us if we would take him out. The minute he exited the shelter he was a perfect gentleman and is doing wonderfully in his foster home. He is a major cuddler and very loving. He just wants to be near and be touched …a perfect lap dog. He is a laid back little guy, very mellow and doesn’t bark unless provoked. He gets scared if confined to a kennel, or left alone right now, otherwise, he’s as happy as can be. He walks well on a leash, is great with other dogs and doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body. He can stand on his hind legs for a long time, and his foster thinks he is ‘ready to learn some tricks’ and appears to be very trainable. Tommy will be a wonderful full time companion, who will bring someone a lot of joy.
