Ruby is a cute 10 lb female shih tzu that was part of the 200 shih tzus confiscated in a Orange County mansion. Ruby is 2-3 yrs old and will need an experienced and patient new home. She is coming around nicely, but is still timid and might react if feels threaten. Her foster has said that after a few days that Ruby follows her everywhere. Gets along great with other dogs, no children. Please do not apply unless you meet the criteria. Ruby is a work in progress. Worth every moment you have to teach her.
