Found on the Potrero Fire with a wire piercing his chest....Jacks good nature shines through. He had to be shaved due to his poor condition.....but will be gorgeous when his hair grows out. His foster says he is a well behaved, social boy. At just 5 yrs young and weighing in at about 12 lbs he will make a great family dog.
